What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for AI partners, managing relationships and roadmapsCommon
- Lead end-to-end prototyping engagements with architectural guidance from concept to productionUnique
- Build enterprise-grade agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and multimodal GPU-accelerated workflowsCommon
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full AI stackUnique
- Produce reusable technical assets (implementation guides, benchmarks)
- Collaborate with internal engineering, research, and product teams; mentor and help hire
What you'll need
Experience
- 8+ years developing and deploying AI/ML systems and LLM workflowsUnique
- Master's in CS/AI or related (or equivalent experience)Unique
- Advanced expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and production inference optimization
- Proficiency in agentic AI and multi-agent/multimodal architecturesUnique
- Hands-on model fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA) and evaluation frameworks
- GPU-optimized infrastructure, containerization, and MLOpsUnique
