What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall engineering strategy for GenAI in Games
- Support GenAI across the portfolio and studios to create new experiences and improve workflows
- Lead engineers, technical designers, and technical artists on experimental innovation
- Engage game teams to develop prototype features and AI-native gameplay mechanics
- Partner with external researchers pioneering GenAI work
- Identify high-leverage opportunities and build scalable solutions with platform teams
What you'll need
Experience
- Comprehensive game-development lifecycle understanding with multiple shipped titles
- 2–3+ years leading or contributing to Generative AI initiatives (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal)
- AI/ML fundamentals including the end-to-end ML lifecycleUnique
- Deep GenAI ecosystem understanding (open models, infrastructure, safety frameworks)
- Ability to take research prototypes to production in cross-functional settings
