What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Identify production challenges where GenAI could improve quality, efficiency, or speed
- Design rapid prototypes using tools like Runway, Veo 3, Stable Diffusion, Nuke, and Adobe software
- Collaborate with directors and VFX supervisors to align AI use with creative vision
- Create demos, playbooks, and training materials
- Build vendor relationships and define evaluation frameworks
- Interpret Netflix policies on copyright, IP, and guild rulesUnique
- Report field insights to Netflix product teams quarterly
What you'll need
Experience
- 15+ years in film/series/VFX production with hands-on creative supervision
- Demonstrated use of AI-based image/video tools in production
- Proficiency: Nuke, Maya, Unreal Engine, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production and post-production workflows
- Portfolio showcasing GenAI-integrated work
- Preferred: degree in design, film, or computer graphics; ACES/OCIO color pipeline knowledge
